Apparently OTC tightened its regs back in March...

OTC Pink Market

Notice: As of March 9, 2017, periodic 8-K/6-K filings made through the SEC’s EDGAR system will no longer be considered sufficient to qualify for the Pink Limited Information category. If a company has not filed financial reports within the last 6 months, they will now be moved to the Pink No Information category.

It looks like the "Stop" icon was automatically applied because it was a Pink listed company that hasn't filed within the last six months (i.e. they're late). The "Warning" is probably standard wording that goes with the "Stop".

I expect we'll see the 10-K before the end of the month, probably sometime next week.
