The Yelp reviews are what attracted me to this investment, and are what keep me in it despite my many reservations about Parsi's competency.

At the end of the day, if there's a product the customers like, it can sometimes overcome bad management. But the best management team in the world can't do anything to put lipstick on a pig and hope it doesn't smear.

The Yelp reviews validate the business concept and make me think it can work elsewhere around the country. Question is, does Parsi know how to expand? I know Gay and Kaufman do but they need money to do so. And how will they get that money without totally blowing up the share structure that is already overinflated with basically nothing to show for it aside from two locations?
