Anyone notice Distribution Agreement? This Biggest News In Years for Brownies.

I missed the 10Q for a few days, but see no mention here of the agreement with Lenhardt & Wagner GmbH to be their sole distributor in Western Hemisphere. Being L&W is a $10 million or so company, Brownies getting $2 million a year in extra sales per year seems reasonable in their territory.

"Under the terms of the Exclusive Distribution Agreement, we were appointed the exclusive distributor of L&W’s complete product line in North America and South America, including the Caribbean (the “Territory”)."

This is not just diving equipment they have industrial compressors too.
