As I have repeatedly stated here, as of a few weeks ago there were 20 million outstanding shares; up from the last report nine months ago by less than 5 million. In other words very little bill paying with shares has occurred. That raises a number of questions such as who is paying the bills and with what, who is paying the small debt holders? Lost of questions. And there may be a flurry of dilution in the future but not to date.
