Francine received the $150,000 - on behalf of
BRWC - in Oct 2016.

Yes - the $ 150,000 should be reported on the
Financials however there were no financial
reports filed with the OTC for Q4 2016 since
BRWC was deregistered from the SEC soon after.

Even if Francine had reported it on BRWC's
Financials do you really think it would have been
used for BRWC?
