$SGBY $SIGO $OMVS =Triangle of the year IMHO

$SGBY delayed latest filing and remaining mute...thus losing shareholder confidence. I remain long but did re shuffle the deck and added to:

$SIGO due to low float, dividend and high interest in the sector

$OMVS added as speculation of a merger is only two weeks away
