Dunno Yip, there's always complex factors involved with "sudden" personnel shifts. I wanted to avoid any comment, but now will commend Debbie Bailey's work done previously for us.

Always had the feeling Hayward censured everything she was allowed to disclose, and this may be a case of ..... ahhh, old white male scientist bias in letting a woman present technical issues...

But don't want to stir up any drama. Ms. Debbie Baily was a professional for us, Mr. Sanjay Hurry's our professional representative now. He has been associated with us for well over a year.

Times are certainly different now.

I do wish Debbie well and recognize she had obstacles before her. To extrapolate further is a diservice to everybody.
