Anyone else concerned by Sean Richards selling his shares at same time as parsi?

I doubt he invested the proceeds in Giggles, too. I think they know there won't be any deals coming soon--why sell even a single share if big things are on the horizon?

I'm revising my estimate from .03 to .05 to .01-.03. I hope I'm wrong but parsi is a joke.
