Nice - misspelling of "registration" on an official document. And "updated on" isn't capitalized like the other lines. Seems fishy.





Maggot is listed as COO of Whimsicle Wines at the same address as Vaults Spirits. https://www.flcompanygo.com/Whimsical-Wines-Inc-P16000059526/
Which obviously means Whimsicle Wines is another scam.

And James Elliott is listed as CEO of W.W.
Since those two are buddies and/or lovers (I just threw up in my mouth), then J. Elliott CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!






Looks like the witch should be easy for the SEC to find if they ever do their f'n job and file charges.
