It is possible a brokerage entered in a contract to deliver a security and failed to complete the agreed contract. In this case anything above the depoist is on the broker... I believe

My ENTI shares were involved in a market fail to deliver on time during a immediate release divvy payment. They were 3 weeks late. Which cost me as a trader money. The company was involved also at the same time in a FINRA approved corporate action PTEL which also had a 5% exit divvy.

12.403 shares X 5% exit divvy is 620,000,000 Shares ...add 78k investment listed on 2011 ENTI quarterly (780,000,000 DUTV share). Together 1.4 billion.

I've relooked at the numbers 19.9 billion delisted PTEL to 19.9 million + 20.215 PTEL = 40.115 PTEL

40.115 PTEL - 40.135 ECGR = 20,000 ECGR then there are those 2 million SREH now ABVG divvy's paid out during the PTEL/ENTI/MMX days ...

Before those days PTEL had 99.9 million shares @ $2.15-2.20 ....
