Found a 9 page detailed document from 2016 saying a bit about the company and the massive debt they have. It also verifies that the company was started in Oct 1987, and is 30 years old like I always said. In about 25% of the filings and things Yates says, he says the company was started in 1996 or 1997, which is wrong. This scam has been going on for 30 years.

I think this charade is drawing to an end. Yates is one person I wish I never came across. I spose there are thousands who feel the same way. This was on all the stock forums at one time.
