What is really sad is I have been supporting this company for about 6 years and it amazes me how LIEG had most of the salar and now they have very little. They have been diluting the value every year. They have no money, they owe money and if they don't merge they will be in default.

Dilute, reverse split? LIEG has been doing dilution for years !! Like I say, it's time for new management !!
