That is exactly what is good about it. I've had valuable assets taken from shareholders in the past. I am all for the PP as long as "a BOD that is acting in the best interests of "long time long investors."" If Ronin controls, they are NOT going to get rid of the PP. The pp does not HAVE to be used. It is just a tool to keep from being robbed. AND yes poor BODs can use it to milk the company.
