There are two common types of Form Ts you will see in the OTC, one is an actual Late report which will be posted within 10 seconds of close. Since today's Form T was at 16:00:07, this was a late report we saw on ASKE.

The other Form T is a Mark Down report. It's from the broker dealer who is selling a Block Position for their customer and it's normally posted outside the 10 second window.
