Buy a basket of OTC reefer scam stocks and watch the basket.

One has already shot up, moving from 15 cents to where it closed today at 1.65. Another has moved from 2 cents to 8 cents.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
