Someone Flipped a Switch Over at On4 Communications Inc (OTCMKTS:ONCI)

Up until the past week, there had been no communication to the public by On4 Communications Inc (OTCMKTS:ONCI) since early last fall. By comparison, the rate at which updates have been coming in just in the month of August alone so far, has been quite rapid.
Three press releases have been issued in that time which we’d like to go over, especially since the share price has been on the rise over the same period. The company recently entered the mobile App space via acquisition of FMS Marketing, a global creator and distributor of mobile Apps for Android and Iphones.
On August 1st, On4 Communications Inc (OTCMKTS:ONCI) announced it had entered into a marketing agreement with one of the largest worldwide online shopping sites with access to over 50 million customers.
CEO Steve Berman stated: “This is our first foray into the online marketing business and we are pleased to be associated with a company that can deliver our FMS safe driving app to millions of eyes daily. This shopping site also has arrangements with large corporations that offer discounts to their employees including Fed Ex, Pepsi, UPS and General foods and many other companies in the USA and around the World. We will be placed on the home page and have access to all its top members and will be involved in e-mail blasts and other major sales opportunities. We will be launching this endeavor on Monday, August 7th.” (Source: OTC Disclosure & News Service)
Just a couple of days later on the 3rd, the company rolled out with more news concerning a deal it signed for its FMS Safe Driving APP with Assurant Argentina.
CEO Steve Berman stated, “This is a big deal for us as we partner with Assurant which will be expanding into Chile, Peru, and Columbia within the next year. They have purchased 500 units to start at $200/each for a total of $100,000, and asked us to put another 500 on hold. We have increased production in Spanish as this provides an amazing opportunity to grow our business globally. We will be shipping these units out within 3 weeks. With 37% inflation more people in Argentina are keeping cars longer and looking for extended warranties. This partnership provides us with a great way to reach and protect this population from the dangers of distracted driving in Argentina” (Source: OTC Disclosure & News Service)
Lastly, and most recently, this week ONCI announced that after a year of communication, the company has been invited by none other than Ford Motor Co. to pitch its FMS distracted driving app at their corporate offices in Dearborn Michigan. The meeting has been in the works since late last year and will take place on September 27 2017.
ONCI has also received an invitation from the mayor’s office in San Antonio, Texas to pitch the FMS distracted driving solution for all Government vehicles. (Source: OTC Disclosure & News Service)
