hedge: I day traded the heck of this stock and a bunch of us made a ton of money doing so. Then came Soon-Shiong and he destroyed the stock. I am here only to warn of the scammers promoting a company that closed long ago. There are no assets, no board, no employees, no headquarters. NeoMedia does not exist. This is a scam. This is just air. Somebody lost thousands of dollars today on NeoMedia, a total scam.
