You are right to some extend. Walmart's profit was nearly $3 billion this quarter. The cause for concern is that it is 23% lower than last year's profit, and the lowest since July 2016. Such is the case with the other players in the retail sector, with the main reason being shrinking market share due to the entry of online retailers like Amazon. I believe I succeeded in giving some clarity. Thanks.
