I don't buy that.

why would someone who is converting sell at 3, when they could get 4 easy if they wait.

A retail person may just figure they can do better elsewhere or are scared of weekend news. or just put a little money back into their account and transfer some for weekend party.

Nothing happens on the tic toc that means anything.
