Can you explain how Dan was supposed to fix this when Scott was the only officer and one of two directors along with Spencer Stewart? Only Scott had the power to conduct Niostar business.
I know you blame everything on Dan but can you please explain how you draw the conclusion that Dan is somehow responsible for the lapsed claims considering the facts?
Dan has the responsibility here despite having no authority to act, yet Scott, who was an officer and director at the time, does not?
Are your familiar with the term "corporate governance?"
I hope for your sake that in your court case against Niostar you have more sensible arguments than this.
