Integrity is about telling the truth. Saying that the company is making money is lying. The company has $0 revenue outside of insider affiliations.

The company is losing money and has a lot of debt (mostly in the form of compensation and other notes due to insiders).

There are 1,885,100 outstanding shares which equals 565,530,000 shares pre-split.

They just filed S-8 on July 28 to issue another 2,000,000 shares (or 600,000,000 million shares pre-split) to insiders for "employee benefit plan."
