DM, thanks for your posting.

I must admit, after the SC ruling, I didn't have much hope left for this. But, their latest filing gives some of that hope back and it addresses some of the issues I had with the ruling.

It's not over yet, folks!

I now have to tack on another minimum of 6 months before we can potentially see a final conclusion to this mess, let's hope it's worth it.
