No, quarterlies are all unaudited. ALKM is a SEC-reporting company, not a SEC-registered company, so only their 10K's have to be audited.

Of course, this would be easy to DD if one only looked at their latest quarterly (unaudited) financials "For the quarterly period ended September 30, 2015"

Happy to straighten out this for investors.
