The drop in INOH's price has been connected to dilution, Goldberg has been utilizing MEXP/INOH P&Ds since he first became CEO years ago. It's easy to see the Dilution from block positions, most of it is labeled with FINRA modifiers. Their broker dealer can sell shares either to those that buy at the Ask or sell to those at the bid. They dump the shares at market, then deduct commission from the total transaction and post the total sale price which they paid for the shares.

Sad to say he's discovered it's easier to sell shares than it is to build a viable company.
