I am now satisfied that delays of the MVTG Mantra Energy syn gas ERC pilot plant was due to the GE purchase of Alstom, it is what ended up killing the funding of the MVTG syn gas ERC, not any defects in the technology.

MVTG's ex(?) partner, GE-dividend is 4%, the PE-is nearly 30 now and the stock is down almost a 1/3 heading for a 2 year low any minute, they have huge problems, so funding the MVTG-SynGas-ERC directly by-GE that would have been major competition to core-GE investments was not possible, and Europe (the MVTG-Mantra Energy Horizon 2020 grant ) was poisoned by the hatred Europe has for GE, they were already pissed off that they could not stop GE from buying Alstom (both historically $MVTG partners since 2013).

And the confirmation I got directly in writing from the VP of Future technology at Alstom last month, who is now doing the same thing at GE now, that he and Alstom were ready to fund and build the 5 million dollar Mantra Energy MVTG SynGas-ERC if the Horizon grant failed, just as GE took over Alstom confirms that the technology was and is still real and viable!!! I was not wrong about the technology.

Now with the purchase of AWS, who just reported 12 million in revenue in the last 12 months in proforma financials last Thursday, Mantra Energy has time now to make a deal with other firms. There were many that told Larry in 2014 they wished they had bought the Professor Colin Oloman ERC and MRFC technology patents before MVTG did, and many wanted Larry to drop GE/Alstom and make a deal with them. Some were and are just as large as GE!!!

So Mantra Energy is not dead.

MVTG is not leaving Canada like I said in May!!!

There will be no AS increase this month.

There is no final approved SEC proxy even filed yet.

So the meeting in 4 days is not going to happen.

The coming 10-K may have many $$$$ balance sheet, and revenue nice surprises in it with 3 more months added to the 1 year data.

I am still accumulating shares.
