Optimistic, but not overly unrealistic. The retail public, which is the only supply of dollars to the OTC market, must believe in the hype lock, stock and barrel.

Perhaps it will come to pass.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
