I appreciate the thorough reply and totally agree/understand what you are saying...but respectively the legalities of MJ have nothing to do with the issues we've seen with timelines, failed promises on those timelines and such.

Maybe a misunderstanding on what I meant about the confidence portion of my post. That was in terms of him following through with his timelines posted on twitter...and I confident in marijuana in both what it can do economically and on a personal level, to those who consume...yes. I am, my lack of confidence is solely on him getting this stop lifted and this company DTC eligible...I've since stopped buying because being in Canada and using Qtrade to purchase, Im hit with 108 dollar commission charge for EACH fill of my order. So if my order can't be filled all at once that day I can look at huge commission fees. This all because of the DTC status.

It sucks...but hey, Im hopefully, but not blindly-hopeful.
