They need cash and if they don't get it through a partnership deal or by selling off one of the generics, they have to get it somehow. So an equity offering, even at these very low prices, cannot be ruled out unfortunately. They have great potential products but it may take more money than they have to get them to the market.

On the other hand, Focalin and Seroquel sales may be better and provide them a cash bridge to better times. Hopefully, that is the case, but more often than not, early sales of new drugs are disappointing.
