Listening to someone with a vested interest promote that vested interest is not the ultimate DD. Not by a long shot -- unless you think there's some advantage to possibly being lied to in person, rather than through a press release.

Is the company picking up travel expenses for everyone? Or is the expectation that people foot the bill themselves to listen to a one-sided, rosier-than-it-should-be presentation that regurgitates already available "information"? Will management recite the forward-looking statements disclaimer each time they speak, or just once at the beginning?
