Thanks Excel I hope you are right and we get a traditional deal with sizeable upfront money. I don't think the hybrid option would be good in that it could come with no upfront money but a larger % of sales but until sales ramp up there is more uncertainty and also I sense that that kind of deal could be with a lesser known "distribution" company that wouldn't have as much traction in getting the product adopted compared to a well know BP.
