Here's the way I see it. Managment can spend a few hours talking to us or they can spend weeks or months responding to proposed resolutions over and over again. We can withdraw our resolutions whenever we want. It will give us some bargaining power. If what you want to do is sit around while they twiddle their thumbs and laugh at us like they are now, that is your choice. I plan to continue to do what I can without doing anything to really harm the company. I hope others will do the same.

It might take a couple hours of your time drafting a resolution, copying your brokeage statements, proving you meet the resolution requirements and mailing the resolution. It's worth the time to me and I have no idea if it will produce any tangible results but at least it will give them something to think about.
