Delisting for PTEL June 9th, Sept 9th completes the 90 day process. They were involved in corporate action with ENTI. That action is incomplete ONCO was at one point list on ENTI page.

ECGR involvement 135k left after R/S. Encounter Devolopment needs 135,000,000 in filler for 1.35 billion DUTV can go to OCSI to cover the 240 shorts at PTEL or 240,000,000 . ECGR 40 million clears the Property.

It was 164,000,000 in cash and 86 million in property or 250,000,000.00. That was what the value was on the SEC complaint from a market fail during a FINRA approved corporate action.

So ECGR is worth 86-90 million / 40 million ~ $2.25-3
