I will go back and re-read the 8K. It appears that PTX will still be a stand alone entity but assets will also be broken into 3 additional holding companies. I believe shareholders will receive an allotment of shares perhaps based on a percentage of what we already own which is instant value. Just take 10% for instance. If we own 1,000 shares of PTX for example I would hope that we are issued 100 shares of each holding company. If anybody but Sedor were running the show I would have bailed out months ago. This guy is tops in the industry and has put together a top notch team. I still believe in another year or so that Sedor sell all of entities. It's been a long, painful road to watch the daily manipulation but Sedor has done an amazing job turning this company around. The best is yet to come. PTX was trading over $100.00 per share a few years back and I would be happy if this traded at half that share price in a year.
