DAN ASSERTS HE CANNOT PUT OUT FINANCIALS because he says the financials are historically messed up notwithstanding he signed off on them himself in 2014.

Let's give Dan , for a change, the benefit of the doubt and say he is is right.

Well what accountants or auditors has used to redo the books?

Has he contacted the old accountants?

No problem is unsolvable , if he doesn't do anything eventually SRSR will be pulled from trading.

Dan's prime responsibility is to file financial statements and he is not even trying.

This reticence to perform his principal fiduciary duties will 'hang' him in Ontario court.
