laraz,

Let me help you out again on how this works.

LGCY has a simple credit facility with Blackstone. With me so far?

OK,

LGCY has yet to take full advantage of the facility and even when/if they do, it has a maturity date of August 2020.

Are you following?

LGCY continues to meet their financial obligations regarding interest payments, so it is impossible for Blackstone to be engaging in any dilutive actions in the stock.

I know for a fact that any claims to the contrary are manufactured and false.

So if you would like to debate LGCY dilution in connection to Blackstone, come back in three years.

Happy to help as always.

GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
