I do not think the Receivership filed in Nevada
will have any standing in the NY Supreme Court
Proceedings. Plus the Property is located in
New York and not in Nevada.

The link at the end shows the path of a NY Foreclosure.

The " Motion for Order of Reference With Notice of
Settlement " has been approved and a Referee will now be
appointed by the JUDGE to calculate the Total $ owing
to the Plaintiff.

Then a Final " Motion for Judgement of Foreclosure and
Sale " will be filed by the Plaintiff and a Final Order by the
JUDGE approving the Motion will send BRWC to Auction:
