This should eliminate any doubt as to whether or not NTEK has "settled" the lawsuit with Long Side as of today at 7:22 PM EST.
BOA was officially served the writ of garnishment minutes ago. I guess it's time to redact, retract, re-write, whatever pumper bullshit was out today implying that NTEK paid the court ordered judgement.
This document leaves absolutely no doubt that the final court ordered judgement has not been paid by NTEK.
