only IF an African-American agrees with Trump they are "RATIONAL" ? all other African-Americans ( and other individuals) that don't agree with trumpty are IRRATIONAL ?

In this specific C-ville instance, absolutely.

I recall vividly growing up in the early 60's, 8 or 10 years old just learned in reading, and seeing two white porcelain water fountains. One had a placard that said "white" and the other a placard that said "colored". Being taught not to ask stupid questions, I couldn't resist as OBVIOUSLY the white fountain was not colored. Thankfully, those days are long GONE!

One of the positives in all this current polarized political melee is how many blacks are stepping up to the plate, RATIONALLY, to show some gratitude that those days are long GONE!
