I personally wouldn't waste my time buying anything less than 100m shares at this level at a time.(1-3's)

Many whales like myself are just waiting for additional positive news for it to wake up..

If you're a shareholder with only a few million shares at this level like yourself, your opinion honestly doesn't matter because you have 0 affect on the stocks action. (No offense, just being realistic)600-700m at 2's will go fast..not to mention many will pull their sell orders and place them higher once buys start coming in.
