Great article. Thanks pal. While stbv was under investigation from the former ceo acts, I also prior to reading this thought sec may be going after companies getting into ico market. One reason I am aprehensive about bitcf. They however; are supposed to be starting a bitcoin etf. Maybe the market and powers decide the winners before other have a chance at market share along with competition. I can understand if the sec is trying to prevent harm to shareholders by them putting their stick in dex, but the otc market holders would be safer. Then, also like the article states, there were many formal complaints by persons with certain interests to complain.
Just my opinion and thought.
