As noted by TFC, TW is no longer CEO according to the Annual List filing, however he IS still a Director.
Something that might be worth noting (from the NRS):
"NRS 78.130 Officers of corporation: Selection; qualifications; terms; powers and duties; filling of vacancies.
1. Every corporation must have a president, a secretary and a treasurer, or the equivalent thereof."
Pierce is President per the filing, but NV doesn't seem to require the identification of a CEO.
This may be trickier than it looks. He MAY be CEO and just not identified as such. I'm sure the company will be explaining this situation very soon...BWAHAHAHA!!!
