The thing is that bitcf is paying dividends in crypto-currency also and Garland brought this news to market before them. It's a good idea that can work effectively, however putting the certificates in the dex is the part that investors hated. Bitcf has it set up a different way I think, but could be wrong. I have to read their announcement again.
