That IMW went bankrupt? I'd have to agree inasmuch as it seems that prior to splitting it off from AACS it seemed to be able to stay afloat. What prompted it to fail is probably unknowable to anyone but Ken and Dan and the old guy who owned a lot of shares (forget his name).
