Got a reply from Peter regarding Yap's resignation.

Mr. Yap's resignation was his own personal decision. It had nothing to do with any SIAF news, good or bad


I have problems believing that, unless it was 1) health issues, or 2) a job opportunity that he couldn't refuse and that couldn't be combined with SIAF.

What board manager will resign mid-pre-IPO without a really good reason?
