You know they are talking to the SEC so this 8-K sets a solid roadmap for discussion to get them to lift the suspension.

What?? First of all, we do not "know" Harris is talking to the SEC. My guess would be that he isn't. He doesn't even seem to have a competent securities attorney; later on, he'll realize that's a mistake.

Second, the suspension expires automatically at 11:59 tonight.

Third, a CEO who doesn't realize his own company is not an SEC registrant is unlikely to have much of an understanding of how something much more complicated--cryptocurrencies--works.

Or perhaps he does know it isn't a registrant, but thinks it's okay to lie about that.
