I completely agree. Certainly STBV's CEO cannot be that stupid to not understand that STBV is not an SEC registrant (and thus the constant reference to the Company as "the Registrant" is an intentional lie), and that only registrants can file an 8-K. The SEC even warns about that in their notices on the home page of each of their EDGAR filing portals - it helps them prosecute those that ignore them.
STBV just committed outright fraud. Again. And the SEC cannot fail to notice, since they automatically have an active fraud investigation underway post-suspension. It is like waving a huge red flag in front of a bull that not only has already gored you once, but still has his horns in you!
