When I look at the action in the stock it appears to me that the recent price movement indicates that the MM or someone is accumulating. He anticipates needing stock to sell and he is taking out the stoploss orders. OR he has a large buyer who has told him hell take all he can get. I say this because every day now the stock plummets down to a stop order intended to prevent someone losing all their money if the stock crashes because of whatever reason. Once that order is gobbled up the stock returns to the price its basically been at. In short stocks act like this when someone who would know, does know hes going to be able to sell at a substantially higher price in the not too distant future. Combined with the recent hearing I would have to think the outcome may be promising.
