DTII = terrorism security play

Now DTII passive scanner wouldnt have helped with attack we are seeing now in Barcelona as attack was done with a car.

But it dont take much for some ISIS idiot to walk into crowded building or venue and just open fire like they did in paris in 2015.

DTII scanners offer venue security, and thus could be considered a security terrorism play...both from foriegn terrorists like ISIS, or coming right wing attacks here in US.
