It's a valid question. The NT 10Q filing deadline was August 15 for smaller reporting companies. It's August 17th. I'd brace for bad info on that August 24th investor call.

Gerry let Celsius go dark because it was appropriate. Companies that can't pay their bills probably shouldn't be paying filing fees to remain current on the OTC.

Last quarter $RMHB did $117K in revenue and reported a loss of $4.47M, with a cash balance of $457. That's pretty strong evidence they can't pay their bills.
