That was a good catch. I only check OTCM for news and filings, not websites. But apparently, the news wasn't something they wanted to get out to the public, so they only posted it where a shareholder might see it. That, or they can't afford the $100 to put it out over a newswire like most companies do.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
